Everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Will return when we're in the area again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The room was quite large, the bed was comfortable, however the shower did not produce enough water to be able to take a shower. The temperature in the bathroom was freezing. The food was decent. Location was conveniently close to the M1, with shopping malls close by in Gateshead.
The lack of a proper working shower.

We had breakfast and dinner here, food was truly awful, tough meat, overpriced for what we had, very sad, urgently needs winter duvets in the chalets, we had our coats over the beds! Its early February in northern England for goodness sake. The heater cut out at 18.degrees, fine if its not freezing rain outside.
FOOD FOOD FOOD, and warm bedlinen!!

Lovely stay with friendly staff. Food was amazing. Lovely building, chill out area and bar
The only issue was the draft coming through the window and window frame Had to close curtains and put 2 fleeces along the bottom of curtains to stop the draft If radiator wasn’t on, it would have been freezing, but other than that, absolutely brilliant stay
